Rancho de Liu is the home site of business buyout consultancy, real estate brokerage, financial planning, life/health insurance services, estate planning as well as investment advisory services offered by us,Ralph and Katerina Liu.

The retail and institutional clients that we service are both foreign and domestic. In particular, we help many new immigrants from Asia as well as Eastern and Central Europe with establishing their homes in America together with their financial investment, life/health insurance and estate planning needs.

Among many of both Ralph's and Katerina's special interests and expertise are our knowledge and contacts in the California wine country estates and horse properties. Being wine connoisseurs and horse lovers ourselves, we share our passion with our clients.
